On March 25th, the signing ceremony for the annual production project of 1.2 million tons of buckle scaffolding jointly built by our two major shareholders, Hangzhou Heat Union Group and Dalishen Technology Group, was held in Danyang. Pan Zaoyun, Deputy Mayor of Zhenjiang Municipal People's Government, Huang Chunnian, Secretary of Danyang Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Chengming, Deputy Secretary of Danyang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of the Municipal Government, attended and delivered speeches. Shen Li, Chairman of Hangshi Group, attended and delivered a speech, while Lv Yonghong, General Manager of Hot Union Group, and Wu Xiaowei, Deputy General Manager, attended.

Before the signing ceremony began, leaders Huang Chunnian and Wang Chengming from Danyang City, Chairman Shen Li of Hangshi Group, General Manager Lv Yonghong and Deputy General Manager Wu Xiaowei of Hangzhou Heat Union Group visited our factory under the leadership of our General Manager Nie Tao, and pressed the start button for the completion and operation of Lianjiang High tech Galvanized Production Line 2. Our company has built a button type scaffolding production line that has achieved automation, digitization, and visualization, with a daily output of over 300 tons. Our company expects a total investment of 1 billion yuan, and after full production, the annual production will reach 1.2 million tons, with annual sales reaching 8 billion yuan.

At the signing ceremony, Shen Li, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hangshi Group, stated in his speech that the buckle type scaffolding has broad market prospects. Our company's production project of buckle scaffolding is a beneficial exploration of implementing the "production business integration" strategy of Hangshi Group and the "one body, two wings" strategy of Heat Union Group, and has achieved initial results. Today's signing ceremony is the beginning of mutual benefit and win-win for both parties, and there will be broader development space in the future. Hangshi Group and the Danyang Municipal Government will also take this opportunity to further strengthen cooperation. Subsequently, Lv Yonghong, General Manager of Hangzhou Heat Union, signed a cooperation agreement with Cao Xiaoguo, Chairman of Hercules Technology Group.
